Andrew Campos, owner and lead designer, took the task to help launch this campaign internationally, to be more specific in the United Kingdom. Andrew aided the County of Durham and Darlington Police's new initiative to create a regional wide community feeling of 'United Against Hate Crime'. Initially a Sacramento City College project, Andrew helped SCC create a campaign that was bold, pop and modern.

The central message of this campaign was to encourage the public to recognize Hate Crime, utilizing the prominent call to action, 'Recognize it, Report it'.
